WE HAVE A TEAM OF DEDICATED VOLUNTEERS
The Board is responsible for the governance of VOICE. The Board is composed of 5-9 Board Members. A minimum of 2/3rd of the Board Members must be immigrants to Canada. The positions within the Board are determined by the Board itself through nomination and a subsequent vote. The Board plans, develops, and monitors policies that allow the organization to carry out its work. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) attends all Board meetings but does not vote and acts as an advisor to the Board and all Board committees.
The Board holds the Annual General Meeting in August of each year.
